A field trip permission slip is going home on Monday 9/19. We are going to the Jax. Equestrian Center to see "Horse Tales". This is a live horse show that promotes reading. The trip cost includes the price of the show, bus fees and a copy of "The Black Stallion" for your child to keep :)
Parents, if you decide to chaperone you must apply through Duval County School Board and get approved. Also, chaperones must provide their own transportation and children that are not a part of our fourth grade are not permitted on the trip.(These are all county and school policies.)
